It is a fully developed multi-user application for use with MS Access 2000 or XP providing standard features of multiple data sources, security, data import/export, web publishing, data archiving, etc. It includes manuals, tutorials, help systems, implementation and parameter wizards, glossaries, etc, all to make the application easy to self-implement.
